Imagine you’ve just lost your home in a disaster. There is chaos at the border, and the temporary shelter that you and your family so desperately need is not being delivered because of customs clearance issues.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) have launched a comprehensive report entitled “The Regulation and Management of International Emergency Medical Teams”.
