The Global Disaster Law team is pleased to announce some exciting news for our fellow disaster law enthusiasts: the launch of a new online learning module on law and disaster risk reduction!
This learning module provides an interactive way to learn about the key areas when it comes to law and disaster risk reduction (DRR).
You will enter the fictional country of Mandawi and work together with the Mandawi Red Cross and National Platform for DRR to understand how laws can help strengthen DRR.
The module is available for FREE! It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and is available by logging into the IFRC’s online learning platform.
We encourage disaster managers, DRR practitioners, lawyers, policy-makers, and anyone who has interest in DRR to take the course!
