Turkmenistan

Following the adoption of the new disaster response law in Turkmenistan in 2020, IFRC Disaster Law is committed to providing continued technical support to the Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, government and the legislature in the implementation of the new law, including dissemination, capacity building of government stakeholders and facilitation of simulation exercises. IFRC Disaster Law will also provide the necessary assistance in introducing the needed changes into subsidiary legislation such as bylaws, regulations and procedures.
