IFRC Disaster Law is pleased to support the latest issue of the Yearbook of International Disaster Law (YIDL) on health and international disaster law.

Volume 3, Issue 1 has contributions from experts from the legal, humanitarian, public health, and academic sectors from around the world including IFRC Disaster Law Adviser, Pauline Caspellan.

Ms Caspellan’s chapter, International Disaster Law at the Domestic Level, provides insight into the legal frameworks that formed the government’s COVID-19 response.

Thanks to funding from IFRC Disaster Law’s supporter, the German Government, the issue on health and international disaster law is available as open access online.
