On 3 November from 13:00-14:00 GMT, Dr Christy Shucksmith-Wesley (University of Nottingham) will be talking about her forthcoming monograph 'Health and Disasters: International Law and Disaster Risk Reduction' in an online seminar as part of the 2021-22 GLAR Ghandhi Seminar Series.
GLAR is the home of public international law, EU law and human rights law at the University of Reading. The Ghandhi Research Seminar Series showcases the work of experts in these fields.
The series was launched in 2015 and is convened this year by Dr Marie Aronsson-Storrier. It is named in honour of Professor Sandy Ghandhi, who taught at the School of Law from 1978 to 2013 and remains an emeritus professor at Reading. Anyone is welcome to attend these seminars, and attendance is free.
