International Conference President highlights IDRL in press conference

In a press conference held on 30 November, International Conference Chair Mandisa Kalako Williams, President of the South African Red Cross, emphasized that “legal preparedness is directly linked to reducing human suffering. It is vital to save time, enhance the efficiency of international assistance and ensure that the assistance responds to the real needs of communities and is well coordinated to maximize all response efforts.”
