The third Forum on IDRL was co-convened with the Panamanian Red Cross and the Organization of American States. It was hosted by the Government of Panama. Over 100 participants took part, representing 20 Governments, 28 National Red Cross Societies, 6 regional organizations, 11 inter-governmental organizations, 8 NGOs and civil society organizations, and 4 universities. http://www.ifrc.org/what/disasters/IDRL/advocacy/americas.asp
