Inter-Agency Standing Committee endorses the initiative of the Draft IDRL Guidelines

The IASC Working Group, a policy-making forum of UN humanitarian agencies with the participation of representatives of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement and several NGO networks, expressed strong support in its recent Geneva meeting on March 20th.
