From October to December 2025, IFRC Disaster Law engaged the Egyptian Red Crescent Society (ERCS) on the upcoming treaty on the Protection of Persons in Disasters. In the engagements, an overview of the draft articles and IFRC's proposals to strengthen them were discussed.
